By accessing or using the DreamSketch application and its related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This agreement is between you and Onion and Garlic. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old.
DreamSketch is a tool designed to help you record, explore, and understand your dreams through AI-powered interpretations. The interpretations provided are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You retain full ownership of the content you create and submit to the Service, including your dream entries and journal notes ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Onion and Garlic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service.

The Service itself, including its visual interfaces, graphics, design, code, and all other elements, are the exclusive property of Onion and Garlic and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the deletion feature within the App.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Onion and Garlic does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that the interpretations will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onion and Garlic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
